You'd think with all the eighties and nineties nostalgia, someone would jump on finally adapting Glamorama or remaking the absolutely needs to be remade Less than Zero.
I'm not sure how I feel about the stuff after. He's pretty "wash. rinse. repeat" with his themes, but that doesn't necessarily make the films bad.
Just go back to 2007! The AV Club used to be more about films than TV. It's bittersweet that they're trying to have more of a balance again, considering all the talent they lost because they apparently didn't want that balance.
