I think it's more that when Scorpius is allied to the Moya crew (not really, but to some extent at least), then there needs to be some PK opposing Scorpy. (Which there is, but everyone else is outranked by him, so they're no real threat). If Grayza wasn't there, Crichton could probably play the long con, but her

I think the significance, assuming they're the same armbands as in I-Yentsch, You-Yentsch, where I'm pretty sure they both have the same code, is that Crichton changed Scorpy's code from the default. (Is it 911, though? Don't you hold the numbers, so why would a number repeats?)

We evolved it because thinking a threat is there, when it's not is better than thinking a threat isn't there, when it is. (Or to put it another way, if you tend to ignore possible threats, you're more likely to end up as someone's lunch. And we do like to recognise our patterns…)

And I think that means we can point to who actually wrote it. Alan Tudyk, I'm looking at you.

There was a character in Misfits that used power over dairy products to kill (that pizza you just ate?), I don't know if it would qualify but I'm kind of too disturbed by the mental image to think about it too much.

The Fall have been around long enough that they've probably got at least 22 of them. Maybe a more recent example would be Fall Sound (live version) www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ij… or Jetplane from their most recent album www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rl5… , but the weirdest version re-casts them as a group of private

Specifically, they decorated their headquarters with Firefly's desecrated corpse?

Her Zed is in a better way…

It's heavily implied she set up the operation with the strangers/ hard times (the formula), before moving on again.

I got confused the first time I played it and thought the strangers came from the computer. Which wouldn't really be that much of a shift.

This is the country that gave us about half of My Bloody Valentine

Apparently the next one's going to cover Stewart Lee's Comedy Vehicle, which over 3 series of 6 half-hour episodes, must be at least 6 hours of stand-up. (There's also short sketches, particularly in the first series when they had a bigger budget).

Maybe they shouldn't review a British show

It's not wood, is it? (They sold him wood shavings, and then did it again when they were filming. Also, it's a real paedophile in the first video - I've read the Chris Morris book which was out a few years ago)

Except it was "drink drink, fan fan, rub rub".

Yes, because any of Meg White's children would be ugly.

Nope, that would be The Fall

Schrödinger's Hipster

Godspeed You! Black Emperor changing from Godspeed You Black Emperor! was before my time

or why not have the worst of both worlds and get a surface? (better yet, get another surface to throw it against)
