Noel, nice point about later shows trying to amp up the moral ambiguity.  It's why I just can't get into cheer-for-the-asshole shows like The Sopranos, The Shield, or Breaking Bad. 

Yeah, bringing in Callie Thorne and Jon Seda was the beginning of the end for Homicide.  Ned Beatty and the sweaty Baldwin were much more believable.
