The dress with the faces?
Is that a picture of Harmony Korine on that dress?
Malkovich
I haven't seen Malkovich in anything good since the one where he played the jewel thief.
Woody
I just got Bound For Glory from Netflix yesterday and just sat down on my couch to watch the second half (while surfing the internet). I think I'm gonna play the lottery today.
It's all an ad campaign
I think the littering thing is another example of something we now take for granted because of successful ad campaigns. It's kind of like what Sterling said about a brilliant ad idea, "$.99, somebody thought of that."
Or, not?
Milwaukee
I was a Film Studies major at UWM (the college where they edit Coven) when this came out. Needless to say, I was a big fan.
Unfair
Dayton, Ohio will not be left out. I will be hosting a We Jam Econo party, just as soon as I get it from Netflix. Stay tuned!
I thought it was hoors.
I was watching the episode with the captions on. Although it sounded like "Crab" to me, the captions said "Krapp." Who knows?
Honestly, who knows how a woman would respond in that situation, drb. But the point is, either: (1) that's Peggy's kid and we don't know what happened to Anita's, or (2) that's Anita's kid and Anita has a fucked up way of reminding Peggy that her kid's somewhere else.
There were three kids: Two in beds and one in a crib. The kid in the crib was the only one around the right age to be Peggy's kid.
This is from Alan Sepinwall's blog. I think he nails it.
Since the priest doesn't seem to know the whole story either, I can forgive him for the Easter egg thing. But if that's not Peggy's kid in Anita's house, my opinion of Anita has totally changed. There's a huge difference between "Can't you at least look at your kid before you leave" and "Go look at my kid. Your's is…
Peggy's Sister??????
Okay, am I the only one who noticed that Peggy's sister is about 13 months pregnant in the flashback scene? What's that all about? I'm pretty sure that there's only one baby in her house this season. We've assumed he's Peggy's kid (and probably is given Peggy's reaction towards him), but I think…
Well, she was warned.
Sheldon R. Keneally
I thought it was interesting that Duck made sure to let everyone know that they were, as I'm sure was the parlance of the times, "delivering a stillborn baby." (I know. It was Don's line.) Even though he had failed, he wanted to make sure that everyone knew that they were only getting the pitch,…
I had 3 movies ready to be shipped a few days ago. Now I have 3 empty spots and the movies that used to be there are gone.
I still think she's gone. He told her to tell Joan Holloway on her "way out." If Draper thinks she's damaged his reputation, he probably doesn't want her fraternizing with other office employees/gossipers.
I kinda wanted this thread to be about the thrills of drinking at work. Please get back to that.
