"The Doctor's Wife" is probably my second favourite New Who episode (after "Blink"), so I can't quite rank "Cold War" over that.

I think I'm falling hard for Clara.  Or at least Jenna-Louise Coleman.  Not only is she heart-stoppingly beautiful, I love the way she talks.  She speaks so incredibly fast, but with such precise diction.  It just works so well with the kinds of exposition she has to deliver.
