Miles Davis is cool. Leather jackets are cool. It's just an odd word choice for something as serious as abortion.

1) Record comedy album.
What's cool about it?
Quit speaking in riddles and tell us how you really feel.
You've never listened to the album in your life!
I believe most of the nominated artists truly want to win because artists love validation, especially from their peers. Even those who might have previously scoffed at the Grammys probably think upon being nominated, "Well if I win, then that means they got it right for once."
Hal Blaine Strikes Again!!
Hey, come on. He sometimes wears a Tigers hat.
If true, that's messed up.
The Brown/Bowie one is so blatant it's funny. The balls it took to print "(James Brown)" as the writer on the label. Not suing was the best response possible from Bowie, as if to say "my song went to #1, so I don't need to waste my time suing you over your non-hit."
These lists are fun and all, just as long as we all realize that "similar groove/beat/chords/arrangement/feel/riff/production values/etc" don't constitute copyright infringement, whereas "same melody" does.
Nice. I didn't remember that.
Yeah, but then no more photos of Jennifer Lawrence and Taylor Swift either.
wow. upvoted for bizarreness.
No, it's that I can literally tell that your blood pressure is rising as you're typing your words. You've got multiple people telling you that your comments are becoming hostile, and, believe it or not, it isn't just because they want to stifle your brilliant arguments. It's clear you're no dummy, just dial it down…
Fair enough. The guy's remarks were so muddled, bordering on nonsensical at times, that it's understandable two people could interpret them differently. (Which has always been my general complaint about this feature - too few of the "haters" have their thoughts in order as to why they hate the song, so the interview…
Chill out, man. Regardless of how much you disagree with him on this issue, Eli Friedmann is obviously an intelligent person, and he's not being disrespectful to you in the least. I'm just glad the exchange you and I had earlier ended before it got to this stage.
I don't like it because it looks too fragile, as though the flags would snap off very easily. Similarly, I hated that delicate crystal football thing they used to give to the BCS champ.
That's a Stanford grad for ya.
I too am 100% okay with ending this exchange :)
