    So, are we to assume now that the horcrux tapes are all hidden within the lab?  Somehow the discovery of them has been incredibly anti-climactic considering the mystery they gave the tapes in the first reveal of their existence.

    Thematically, Etta dying serves a significant purpose.  It puts Peter in a highly similar (yet circumstantially different) situation from the one that Walter was in when over-here Peter died.  In a final season, digging deeper into that original theme is a genius and gutsy move.  They should be able to mine wonderful

    I accept a low grade for this episode only because of its lack of incredibly cute Hope reaction shots.  Otherwise, I actually found it to be quite an entertaining episode.  The "Tequila" moment was a highlight.

    Unfortunately this season finale failed to touch on any of this season's most promising (and less prominent) storylines… Toby and Christian rocker, Regina as Simone's mentor, and Travis's family issues.  Let's hope they aren't forgotten when the new season starts.

    An excellent thing about this being the season finale, it seems likely that the two worst storylines of the season have/will be dropped pretty swiftly — Bay's rebellious friendship with Zarra and Daphne's disturbing relationship with Chef Jeff.
