I saw that when I was just a little kid and it stayed with me for years. Then, maybe 10 years ago, I saw the third and was

I definitely like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but boy did the series fall apart pretty fast. I don't think any of its sequels, and even the remake films, were even in the same universe of the original. But it's a very well done movie which feels a helluva lot more violent than it actually is.

When a Stranger Calls and its sequel were two pretty solid horror movies. He was very good in 'em, along with Carol Kane (whatever happened to her?). It's certainly not the most inventive film from that era - but one of the firsts. It came out in '79, just at the beginning of the 80s slasher boom.

You're right! I thought I was losing it when the second Thanksgiving episode aired. I was like, "wait a minute." but then I drank some and it all made sense.

American Dad does. They've been doing one the past few seasons and they're some of the best on teevee. Pure genius, in fact, and something I look forward to! They ruined Christmas. :(
