Let me guess, you're the Bart of your family?
Let me guess, you're the Bart of your family?
It'll end with Ted and the Gang going to MacLaren's and Ted Danson saying, "Sorry, we're closed."
I know! Mother fuckin' androids…could you imagine?
Makes sense. I always thought Ted was an autistic child who would spend hours staring at a snow globe - which, in this case, would be of MacLaren's in winter.
You're right.
I agree if we're talking about a minor issue. Some things are easy to just sweep under the rug and move on from (most of the Clinton scandals in the 90s). But this is far worse. This is something that is directly leading to the deaths of children inside the Chicago community.
I'm still watching, so I guess they're doing something right.
I don't see how the show can not end with Kane's downfall. The whole tone is setting up for a major crash and it might not come from the contamination crisis, but something else - a new development that is so large, even Kane can't weasel his way out of it.
It was a good episode, but the whole plot line with Reyes' brother was way too convenient. I hate that in dramas like this - something so easily dismissed by an outside character who just happens to show up.
Right. But Eugene Sawyer wasn't elected (well by the people). He then went down to your brother Richard M. Daley.
I'll be honest, I thought this episode was going to suck at the start. It looked too ridiculous and generally, I don't like when The Simpsons delve into the ridiculous (over the top is not their thing - at least, they don't do it very well).
I said White House, dammit! Not Number One Observatory Circle!
WE'LL NEVER ELECT A GREEK TO THE WHITE HOUSE!
Meh, cheap and overused tactic.
I get that.
Good point about his wife. I remember having the same thoughts when she spoke at the city council meeting in favor of privatization of public school programs.
It's interesting how this series has yet to really define what political party Kane belongs to, which I guess is their way of skirting the issue and not delving too hard into partisan politics.
SAM & DIANE!
Soul Survivor is the one about the man who loses his family in an airplane crash.
What about the fifth?
