If you pay attention closely, both the rooms and Carrie were wired for sound.  Virgil put a mike in the bar and in the hotel room. Virgil also mentioned that hotel security let him tap into the bar camera feed, but obviously there's no camera in the bedroom so Virgil installed it with a mike.

They were specifically looking for the SD card with the video because Nazir knew his subordinate had it in his house, and when he saw that the CIA grabbed the wife from the house, he knew to have someone look and see it was missing.

I was assuming he was going to discuss things that were in the episode that were different from how they went in book 2 — in fact he said he was going to do that in the review, and that's how that spoiler section has been all season.

not really, because the best the homers can do is "A" — that's much closer to whatever the true consensus is than F. It's just less of a mathematical impact.  The point really is that on any community vote, it's pretty much impossible to get to A because there will always be some votes that are below A as a troll. some are… tyrion took a personal HillGuard (sounds like a Hillary Clinton donor level) of the elite Hill people with him to Kings Landing… I assume those were the ones Cyrano was asking about — they were sent off into the woods to disrupt Stannis's supply lines ahead of the Battle of Blackwater Bay
