I think the only possible explanation here is that the Boy Scouts are as litigious as the people who own the rights to "Happy Birthday."

He's actually wrong about the raft one. Most rafts like that are only inflatable along the sides, with the bottom being a thin layer of waterproof fabric. Also, it's a goddamn cartoon.
