Bell's recently started cracking into the DFW market. I haven't really picked any up, but I noticed they created a special Texas-brand IPA. Too bad I'm not much for IPAs. I think I purchased one of their darker brews, but it has been several months (and beers) since then.
But no opposed to making money. I personally don't like cider very much. Most of it falls into the "too sweet" category. I've never tried Austin East Ciders, but I see the cans on display a lot. There's also Bishop Cider out of Dallas. I've actually tried that. Not too sweet. But I'll probably stick to beer.
