I like using the police's aggression to my advantage. I find a beat patrol cop (works best at the airport) then bump into pedestrians until they start a fight with me, then the cops gundown the person that started the fight with me.

I like the characters too, I'm a bit disappointed there were not more banks jobs and heists. I liked using subtlety and skill, yet almost every mission involves shooting a bunch of people, which is fun when you want to do it, but tiresome when you don't.
