I tend to do a few variations, depending on how much effort I feel like putting into it. One staple is I'll always use american cheese. This is what it was designed for. It's the perfect melting cheese. Sure, add another cheese to it, but always have american. Most recently I'm adding tomato jam. As Kevin Pang said,…
In looking at all the above variations, would you say this is just one simple recipe? Sure, making a grilled cheese is as easy as throwing cheese directly on to your grill*, but they're talking about making a far better version than what you learned when you were 6. There are steps you can take to make a superior…
Because it's a fat, just like butter. It's easier to spread on bread, rather than butter just out of the fridge. You're only doing a thin layer, so it's not like it tastes like your eating mayonnaise. I haven't noticed a difference, except for the lack of burnt butter taste.
Turn heat down; don't butter the pan but the bread (or use mayonnaise instead); flip a few times.

It's not "ass troll form?" This is starting to explain some stuff.
*Paula Dean enters, carrying two 10lb buckets of butter*…
I made those cookies last week for a bake sale here at work. They were the first thing to sell out, and people that bought them came back and bought more, rather than letting others get them.
I'd avoid them altogether (unless you really depend on something cooking while you're not home for 10 hours).
Is it duped? One was comatose, the other was dying. It's a reprieve for as long as they want it to be.
But it's probably that same parenting that brought these kids to where they are now. So, they're doubly to blame, is what I'm saying.
That's why I call them "a thing of candy beans" now.

I rate this thread an eight. Okay, nine.
I think my favorite part of that movie was the Defendoor
