It's amazing to me how often Mike Carey is just flat wrong and/or offers befuddling, confused, contradictory analysis. He is terrible at his job as a "rules analyst" which makes me believe he was equally bad as an official.

I agree it's a bit passé, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
(Full disclosure: Dumb & Dumber was one of my favorite childhood comedies, so it has a special place in my 10-year-old heart.)
Oh what a day! What a lovely day!
(Seriously, pulling for Mad Max.)
Well they were doing it wrong; they didn't have Kiefer Sutherland scream in the suspects' faces to give him the information now… or else!
Do you think Jim from The Office will look sardonically at the camera when one of his men gets shot? I'm with you, Jim. What a goof.

After watching Jurassic World's seamless mimicry of its predecessors, I really see why Trevorrow is the perfect director for a movie that is one big nostalgia ride.
Yeah, I understand where people may want to try and give this movie the benefit of the doubt, a second look or chance, or try to find the silver linings (visuals) but it's just a god damn mess and nigh impossible to watch. I agree with others that this seems like self-indulgent bullshit. I wouldn't consider this a…
Damnit, you're right. It was The Disciple. I forgot his stunner ripoff was called "The Apocalypse" — I think the "A" confused my memory. Thank you for this vital correction. I apologize to any A.V. Club wrestling historians who were misinformed by my poor memory. Let this be a lesson to us all: this is what peer…
It's sad; Hall is an addict in real life who abused his body brutally. One silver-lining is that last I had seen, Dallas Page had helped him get sober and rehabilitated his body to an extent. Though I admit that was a few years ago, so who knows where he is now?
One more to add to your Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake list of Ed Leslie's various personas and incarnations; in the late-1990s, as the nWo was dying, he had a brief stint as Hollywood Hogan's personal bodyguard named "The Acolyte." I am not proud I know or remember this.
… Gentle Herpes screamed while being dragged away in handcuffs.
Well they did fire Rob Ryan with a few games left in the season, so they had nowhere to go but up…
If I had a nickel for every time I've heard that…
Touché.
Wait, I think you just described the Steelers defensive game plan against Peyton Manning…
Should I call my cable provider to demand they add it to my package?
Why would they want to come up with their own conclusions when CNN or Fox have already done it for them?
… or could look beyond their ignorant, preconceived biases about an Arabic name. Ah, to be young and full of idealism…
