Home Movies is my favorite show, so I had very high expectations from Bob's Burgers, knowing that Loren Bouchard was the creator, Jon Benjamin the star, and Eugene Mirman in the cast too.

Ugh, why do people think Peep Show is so great?

I haven't watched it yet, but when I saw the title of this episode, I had a sinking feeling.  ANOTHER holiday themed episode. (I know Leap Day doesn't really exist, but it still counts.)  Blech.  Is the comedy well really so dry?

Nope.  Go back and listen.

I have seen it.  The movie itself was just ok.  The story is indeed horrible; these young women are sent to what is essentially a Catholic labor camp—some because they were sexually active, others because they were raped; I even seem to remember one character was sent just for TALKING to boys.

New version of the theme song over the opening credits!  I hate to be cliché, but I liked the first one better.

I like to think the reviewer is leaving room for future greatness.

We hate Fenton 'cause Fenton sucks
We hate Fenton, Fenton so much
Fenton smells bad, Fenton sucks
Fenton, Fenton, we hate you
You're an idiot and I hope you turn blue
Because you can't breathe

Gene was fatter than he was funny?  I don't understand this comparison.

Butts are butts are butts are beautiful

Aw, snap!

It wouldn't surprise me if he answered those canned interview questions differently every time.

Where's Rod Serling?

I agree.  I thought it felt like one of the older episodes in season 2, where you missed hilarious lines because you were laughing at the equally hilarious line that came just before it.  Almost every line is a joke!  And I'm glad to see some character development for Kenneth. Even though it's strange to see him out

I thought the shredded wheat line was funny.

Did he do a funny accent in Donnie Brasco? I can't remember.

Yeah, a fake nose is all he needs to fit that description.

To be fair, it didn't sound like hedonismbot was referring to albums, but rather to armchairs and eggs in general.  Capitalization!

I love you, Andrew Bird.  Love.

Mmmm, snackiness.
