Just polished off my Knob Creek Single Barrel (120 proof).  It is much nicer than the standard Knob Creek and has a nice little bite.
I don't know what should take its place on my shelf.

Grilled up some grass fed flatiron steaks last night.  I drizzled them up with a bit of really nice olive oil, sprinkled some multi-colored peppercorns and sea salt and let them sear enough to be rare.  Alongside were some cobs of corn that were also grilled in their husks.
