What about the other way around?  Old Potrero (by Anchor Distilling) has an odd small batch whisky that had a really great hint of juniper.  Odd and amazing.

Thankfully, my wife is cool and she thinks Valentine's Day is a waste.  I mean, one day out of the year is not going to make up for me being a bastard the rest of the time.  
Valentine's Day is best when you are single to "rescue" someone who is depressed because they are alone.  Just try not to get VD.
