Speaking of rabe, I love broccoli rabe.  If you blanch it, let it cool, douse it with fresh lemon juice, and then saute with garlic, pine nuts,  and sea salt in either butter or olive oil, it can be a very nice accompaniment to a roasted chicken or veal scallopini.

Yes!  Usually precipitated (ha!) by an errant hair, some lint from underwear, or crusty stuff from the previous evening's "encounter."
