Not good locations
The locations they were settling in looked pretty, but in order for Adama to build his cabin he should have chose a more wooded area. I can't picture him felling trees and dragging them over there. So in that sense I was totally disappointed with the ending.

I think it's sad that she can't write her own songs and get hits, like Avril Lavigne does.

I also enjoyed the Conway Twitty bit. It reminded me of being a kid and actually watching Hee Haw and Tommy Hunter and the like…nice little nostalgia trip. Conway looked exactly like my friend's dad. That's how good old boys looked back in the day.

I think Steve Martin is getting older and is thinking a lot about his legacy these days. He wants the big stupid Pink Panthers and Dozen kids movies to prove that he is still a huge box office draw. But he also wants to be known as a complex artist, with the banjo albums, and the Shopgirls and Agile Lapins etc.
