She served time in prison. Would know the term from there, at least. Or from interaction with Limehouse crew.

Best show for me was Jessa's breakup with Thomas John. Brilliant dialogue.

And that's where the show has to end, so, season five.

At some point these Girls will have to either 1) grow up and get boring grown up jobs 2) fail miserably and move back to wherever 3) become successful artists/writers and stay in NYC.

The Wire, what a great show. Also loved Treme, whose ratings were dreadful.

He's a sociopath.

Marnie seems like the most desperate and lost person on the show. And that's saying something.

Totally agree. This was the worst episode in entire history of show.

I know people hired to teach in private schools in New York who are just as nutty as Hannah and have no teaching degree, just a bachelors.

Very layered characters. they were getting close to being honest, as close as people like them might ever get. Of course, they don't trust each other…and for good reason.

In that relationship 'love and trust' ship has already sailed. Now they are both in it to survive.

I love the Americans, but it's very dark. And the marital relationships…painful. Bergmanesque. Someone said it's like Scenes from a Marriage meets John Le Carre.

Yes, the acting is that brilliant.

They are preparing viewers for the finale, when he's likely going to get killed. He's been such a brilliant and unusual TV character, it's going to be painful to witness his demise.

And parts of Brooklyn :)

Hitler just killed 6 million people. Be real.

I like them all. I like seeing their struggle to make a place in the world. Male characters are allowed to be anti-heroes and difficult artists. Why not female characters?

Two brilliant actors and great writing.

Yeah, and he's playing her. Maybe to have an excuse to be around in full view of Boyd without having Boyd suspect she's informing to Raylan…Otherwise those scenes with them together at her place, or him texting her are just too close to revealing the whole deal to Boyd.

What's great about this show is that it makes you want the worst villains to survive — even when you know what horrible things they have done.
