That sounds about right.

Yea, and I'll admit I haven't seen "Anger Management" since it was in the theaters, so it's probably nostalgia speaking and knowing that will probably be the last really manic role we'll have from old Jack.

I feel bad that her career hasn't gone better. She was great in "Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol" and her character isn't even mention in "Rogue Nation." Then there's all that gross shit she had to deal with with Robin Thicke and now she's in a Sandler film.

I'll agree with this. My enjoyment of Sandler ends with "Anger Management," where it wasn't a great or really even good comedy, you can't help but love Jack Nicholson embracing the lunacy of it all.

All of the extra stuff associated with that movie was great too, like Aziz's "Raaaandy" bits and the fake TV show "Hey Teach!" Apatow's love for all things comedy really shined with the promotion of it, then fell apart in that final act.

When I heard Sandler talking about this, it was something I honestly was interested in seeing, just to see if these guys' act had advanced since they were stand-ups in the '90s.

To be fair, "Mr. Deeds" at least had a hilarious performance by John Tuturro.

It's in the "Spider-Man 1" camp of "Great for the time, but has not aged well at all." That said, Stephen Dorff was the best villain. It's too bad his career never took off and he couldn't reprise his character in the other movies.

He also mentioned about the scene where Blade breaks out of being restrained by the bad guys and as he's standing up, it's obvious he's got a rock-hard boner, After seeing the movie again (it's still awful), he wasn't lying.

It would have to be a "Creed"-like scenario where he comes back to manage the Indians. Or somehow, he willed himself into being a relief pitcher or something.

As Cleveland sports fan, this comment makes me weep and nod in agreement.

Something with Chris Hardwick is insufferable!? Go on….

That turned out to be a decent episode about halfway (at the hour mark). I can understand people giving up because Cameron Esposito was yelling into the microphone (not really that odd for HDTGM), but once she finally got into the rhythm of the podcast, it was much better.

That's chillingly accurate. Makes you want to pull your pants and up and think about all of the regretful decisions you've made.

"(maybe if it had had a cool catch phrase like "Science, bitch!" it would've ended up on more year-end best lists)"

"How You Like Me Now?"

I think "John Carpenter's Vampires" was the first to use that in a movie trailer.

Because that's the way it's been for 20 years - mix pop with hip-hop and more obscure in-between.

My friend and I used to be super into "The Dennis Miller Show," especially his rants. We were like 14 or 15 and didn't get half of the references. Looking back now, I'm not sure really sure why we found him funny.

That's what I'm dealing with right now trying to lose weight. Working out is great for my mood, but the food cravings are never-ending. It doesn't help my weight loss was basically spurned because I constantly ate fast food, so switching off from that has been double tough.
