I do still need to see Wreck it Ralph because it looks great (even if I don't have any real interest in gaming), but this weird Brave antagonism puzzles me. I thought Brave was exceptionally good.

Character models definitely aren't static on Adventure Time - Finn's weight seems to fluctuate a fair bit between episodes, and Marcy's looked at least a little different every time we've seen her.

I think it's more that the kids weren't into The Hurt Locker as much as, say, Avatar or District 9. Though you never know with kids these days!

This is the best Flame Princess episode in my opinion. Shada and FP's voice actress have really nice casual chemistry in this episode.

I love that even in 11 minutes, this show knows how to take its time. That little moment with Jake sipping tea on the foil was cute.

Oh my God. This is the best.

He pops up from time to time on TV shows, plus he usually goes to Stratford ever year, but checking him IMDB shows that he has sort of stopped appearing in a small part in every film ever.

They're hilariously mean to Dick Cavett, it's wonderful.

That's one of my favorite late-era (or is it considered mid-era now?) Simpsons episodes. Plimpton was a treasure.

With the caveat that I have not seen as many films this year as I would have liked…so if you're favorite's not on here, it's only because I haven't seen it. Because we're buddies, and I'd never hurt you like that.

I make fun of curling year round, but when the Olympics come around I always end up watching it. It's oddly riveting.

It's invaded Toronto as of late, some of our most overrated restaurants here have communal seating.

What the hell do Amy Poehler's makeup choices have to do with the show's quality?

Shirley and Britta were the only characters that didn't profoundly irritate me this week. Who knows what next week will bring?

Me too, @Scrawler2:disqus ! We're "disliking tonight's Community" twins!

I really disliked the episode, but I thought Britta wasn't awful at all. She and Troy interacted really sweetly at the convention.

Aimee Mann gave a breathtaking turn as the nihilist who gets her toe cut off in The Big Lebowski!

When I'm depressed I watch old Law and Order (original flavor, natch) episodes on Netflix. They're usually pretty good and there's about a 75% of a famous actor popping up in a small role. So perhaps these tapes are a blessing in disguise?

I really don't agree with a lot of what Savage says, but man that's a succinct and awesome way to explain how I interpret true sex positivity. Someone wants to have all the consensual sex? Good for them. Someone wants to have none? Bully. But if you ever feel like judging someone else for their sexual activity, keep

That sounds awesome, I'd love to integrate public attractions into a pub crawl.
