I mean it's just fresh fruit cut up into pieces, I don't know how anyone could be offended by that. Unless we're talking about canned fruit cocktail specifically.
I doubt Trump actually has a real opinion on Streep. If she had praised him he'd be saying how she's the greatest.
I love salmon sushi (and most sushi) but really don't like cooked salmon for some reason, which seems weird, especially since I like most other cooked fish.
Twitter is free to censor whatever content is on its network, as they should be able to to whatever extent they like, but it's still censorship—Johnny Friendly isn't invoking the first amendment or the government.
And they both start with the same exact *word*. So it's just straight up false that their titles "only share a similar first letter."
And get off Disqus while you're at it!
Seinfeld isn't really a show about nothing either, at least not after the first season or two—multiple intricately woven plots were its bread and butter. Either way, I love both shows.
NYC has a bunch of $1 slice places, and they're actually a dollar a slice, and they're made just about the same way as other typical pizza places. Some of them are actually pretty good.

I think it just looks at certain keywords, like "die" or "kill" and marks them as negative—that would explain why /r/watchpeopledie is going to be negative by that metric even if most of its readers are just casually exploring their morbid curiosity.
She says she has a Twitter filter that only shows her the tweets of people she follows, yet a cursory glance at her feed shows her arguing with nobodies? And she reads avclub comments apparently? And for someone who finds twitter boring she tweets and retweets obsessively?
The word "shill" has a pretty specific meaning and it's not at all "enthusiastic supporter of someone I dislike." Unless they're getting paid or colluding with the campaign they're not "shills".
There's nothing wrong with covers, or performing music written by other people, but I have a hard time in most cases assigning the performer equal or greater credit than the songwriter, without whom the song doesn't exist at all.
I listened to a couple songs off it just now. You're more or less right, they play it pretty much straight and don't do a terrible job on it. It's definitely inessential in that it's similar but inferior to the originals, but I can't really hate on any band that just feels like rocking out to Zep themselves (Train's…
Well now that they've dropped the policy of asking for credentials maybe we might not have to imagine!
