Read all of those ahead of time. I remember my mom struggling through a particularly gruesome sequence when I was  child (something about blood and brains being smeared across a rock in The Marsh King's Daughter), and even then made a note to myself to tread cautiously with my own kids one day. Also, be prepared for a

And also, a "huge" film is not the same as a "cult" film. I don't think we will be seeing "Titanic" added to this list any time soon, at least I hope we won't.

Dude, I'm a woman, not that you can tell from my name. I was alive back in the day, and the movie was never huge. It was just stock filler on cable. This movie is no "Heathers".

Why is everybody named Annabel now? When I named my daughter that (with that spelling) 10 years ago, I thought at least it would be a little unusual (but not, you know, weird). Apparently I tapped into some Annabel zeitgeist. There's Annabel's effing EVERYWHERE. The Jessica Chastain character in this movie is named

This movie has a cult following? To be part of the "Cult Canon", doesn't it have to have a following?

This is a reply to Shelly, whom, for some reason, I can not reply to: Monroe asked whether the obsession was man or beast, which drew only a glare from regard as opposed to a shocked run out of the shop. Monroe also asked indirectly whether there might be some unusual cause for the obsession, a spell of some sort,

Here's what Monroe would actually say and what he actually knows: There's a guy who has come into my shop a couple of times because he has a developing magical obsession with a woman. He must be some kind of wesen, based on our conversations and the fact that he came into a wesen spice shop. I told him he and the

It was like an afterthought. There is no way a thoughtful person would lead with "heh, I saw your girlfriend kissing a guy" without first mentioning that this guy was already consulting with him about a magically induced obsession. Also, how about emphasizing to Nick that this guy is definitely some kind of wessen

That seemed sort of contrived too. Like Nick would think that as long as she knows who Monroe is, then there can't be anything else that might lead to her current behavior. Granted, I think he is tired of it, but he knows her behavior has a magical (or wesseny) explanation, and he has done next to nothing to get to

And what is the relationship between Adalind's mother (and therefore Adalind) and Renard's own mother. Is his relationship with the various Hexenbiests somewhat incestuous or at least Oedipal?

Which is why it makes it so frustrating when the writers make him say dumb things like I saw Juliette kissing another guy, but I forget to mention that there is probably a magical reason for that and the other guy wants this to stop but needs my help.

While I really like the show, and I enjoyed the episode, I am annoyed by once again having one character deliver important news to another character in the dumbest way possible (previous example was Nick trying to reveal his Grimm status to Juliette). Even if I can suspend disbelief enough to allow that Monroe does

Also, it looks like a pretty big house. Surely it has more than one bedroom.
