Andre the Giant's back was so bad that they had to hang Wright on wires…he was unable to lift her.

I rewatched Death Wish last week, but I've always considered it mediocre and it didn't get any better on recent viewing.

Superman killed him because he wouldn't leave Lana Lang alone.

You can blackball me, you can put me down
You can tell me I'll never eat lunch in this town
You can tell the IMDB my true age…
But I won't do that
No, no, no, I won't do that

I remember Mick Mars said his first daughter made him a grandfather twice over before he turned 40.

I think his character was a high school athlete.

Sherman Hemsley found out The Jeffersons (in which he played the lead) was canceled by reading about it in the paper.

Costanza?

When I was like 12, I tried to read one of John Gardner's James Bond novels (Icebreaker, I think) and the only thing I remember is the phrase "a pink slice of testicle."

I had a real crush on Dominique Dunne in that movie. It's horrible what happened to her.

Yeah, it isn't like race relations are at the point where criticizing a non-white person is tantamount to hating the whole race.

The AV Club writer, who wants everyone to think that race relations are so hostile that white entertainers eagerly say racist things as an attempt to impress their fans.

I think the writer is being self-righteous and whiny and wants to let everyone know we're living in a world full of white supremacy that's so ingrained that making racist remarks is now a way to win popularity rather than a career killer. Since we all now that making racial slurs is never a problem in our modern

The writing on the wall was stupid. Maybe it's historically accurate, but otherwise, it's a silly addition to the film. It was enough to see what it looks like when two people are shot at point-blank range.

I don't know how in hell the writer thought Maher would think it would be "good for ratings" to say such a thing.

I once told Kevin Bacon in an elevator that Tremors is the best movie he'll ever make.

I may be not be remembering correctly, but isn't Johnnie's Cafe, the perennial shooting location, on that corner?
