They're pretty much the only one I've ever heard of that isn't produce only.

I did that exact same thing many times. I started by trying the pre-seasoned filets. Then graduated to just butter and dill, baked in the toaster oven til opaque. I still tend to over-cook my fish.

I was in a car accident 17 years ago and broke the windshield out with the top of my head. It was months later I was shampooing and started picking at what I thought was a scab in my head. It was about a 1/2 inch chunk of glass half-embedded in my head. Neat!

God that sounds so amazing. I used to cook a ton of whitefish and salmon back when I was married and wasn't working around the clock. For the whitefish I used to just melt butter over it and add tons of dill. Salmon I would make an Asian-type marinade with sesame oil, ginger, maybe a little orange juice, red pepper…
