But the argument that there was no magical way for Rhaegar to hide his identity is weak; the Faceless Men were active all along (with their face swapping magics), as were Wilding Wargs … only some magics required the return of Dragons.

I'm betting it's plastic surgery that turned Agent Debra Parker into a perfect match for Claire (Where's Debra's dead body at the end of last season was instead the also-face-offed body of her female doppelganger Agent Mason of the pilot who disappeared "back to quantico" instead of continuing on the show).
