I liked all the NBC sitcoms in that 1985 - 2000 stretch. Seinfeld, Frasier, Will & Grace, Wings, Cheers, Night Court, etc… They continued to do well with Parks & Recreation, 30 Rock, and Community. The Good Place is the only current network sitcom I watch. As a general rule, NBC aired the best sitcoms for me.
