I was just looking at the map from the New York Times. I think all of DeKalb used to be in the 4th District. It looks like it is in three districts now. I wonder if they changed the district maps for the school segregation issues in Dekalb or if it was just politics in general.

I lived in Dekalb County. I don't remember it being all that wealthy. At least not 20 years ago. You had to go towards Atlanta to find the wealthier areas. Also, you'd have to do some damn fine gerrymandering to get Dekalb County a republican representative. Democrats used to win that area with 70-75% of the vote.
