I was no big fan of Vagabonds, but strangely I find some of my favorite stuff on Mockingbird Time to be the most Vagabonds-like moments.

I've heard great things about that Tim O'Reagan solo album. I was eyeing a used copy at my local indie record store the other day, but didn't pick it up. Maybe I'll go back today and grab it.

I think the review pretty much nails it except the grade. A number of the songs do sound like their respective solo efforts, but with Jayhawks flourishes. It did really started to click for me on the 3rd listen. I'd probably go B or B+. Any Jayhawks fan should be pleased, and any alt country fan should probably also…

In all fairness, I think there was quite a bit of creative editing going on for that whole "Hantz is a stalker" segment.
