Every time I saw this trailer in the theatres, I felt convinced the film was some "Fear"-style thriller until it reached the title card. Between the music and the editing (as well as the general sleezball vibes of Alex Pettyfer), I can't shake the idea out of my mind.

Don't you ruin another Love Day!

When I saw The A.V. Club dedicated part of their 1993 tribute to an obscure Abel Ferrara film that got critically slammed, I didn't have to read the byline to proclaim, "Ignatiy, you magnificent bastard, you've done it again!"

Gottlieb!

This is the 90s. We're gonna sue you.

"These Old Broads" was a TV movie with Shirley Maclaine, Debbie Reynolds, Joan Collins, and Elizabeth Taylor which, I'm pretty sure, was old ladies behaving badly.

"Amazing Stories" may not be a horror anthology series, but its Scorsese-directed horror episode "Mirror, Mirror" features Oscar winner Tim Robbins as an unrecognizable mirror demon haunting Oscar-nominee Sam Waterston.

The "Who Pooped the Bed?" episode of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" shows that faceless horror might be in the form of a turd that rolled to the middle of a fold-out couch.

All right, this next song is dedicated to Bart Simpson, with the message "I am coming to kill you slowly and painfully."

Sequels to Peter Weir's "Master and Commander", continuing the Aubrey-Martin series. That film needs to be rediscovered.

Stop including me!

I saved Latin. What did you ever do?

Larry Karaszewski does commentary for Trailers from Hell (maybe the best guru on the site) and he mentioned an unproduced script about Rudy Ray Moore that sounded like incredible fun. Make it happen, Hollywood!

Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski don't receive enough credit for scripting this film or the other two biopics they made, "The People vs. Larry Flynt" and "Man on the Moon". They wrote Tim Burton's next film "Big Eyes", about artist Margaret Keane. Here's hoping they can work their magic again.

How did you overlook The Marx Brothers?

Gould and Segal have such natural chemistry that I'm amazed to see they share only one other film credit, the Paige Turco direct-to-video thriller "The Feminine Touch".

Landry Clarke's violence knows no end. Tracks down Epyck on behalf of Principal Tammy Taylor, shoots her in the back of the head. Don't go letting down the coach's wife, y'all.

"I'm gonna teach you to speak English with this fucking knife!"

And sometimes when you're onĀ
You're really fuckin on
And your friends they sing along
And they love you
But the lows are so extreme
That the good seems fuckin cheap
And it teases you for weeks in its absence

Danny Ocean and Linus Caldwell fight Nazis.
