OMG that was pretty darn epic! Spoilers if any of the below turns out to be true!

Indeed! Victory by desecration! Total fatalities for the other team! That's the ONLY true way to play Mutant League Hockey! /cheer
I hear Persona Q has some great Etrian Odyssey / Eye of the Beholder / Wizardry dungeon crawling action.
Hear hear on the PC/Apple/Amiga game love. Up until Chainsaw Monday (2/22/1999 when old Sierra got axed), PC games were my biggest passion. These console titles in my OP represent the RPGs and story based games I enjoyed the most in the spirit of PC games that weren't available on that platform.
Wow, that information about the implementation of the Bible verse conditionals and everything from that final encounter was really interesting. Thank you so much for posting this. I had no idea that the Kate video link erasure had no mechanical bearing on the results of your discussions with her on the rooftop.
/cheer, fellow Suikoden II fan!
I have been playing games for a long long time so I have quite a few that pop up on the radar at the level of rare antiquity these days. None of these are in mint condition since the primary impetus as DL points out above is that I got these while they were still in print and in particular for me, I loved every…
Enjoy Wall-E meets Deadly Premonition meets Ninja Gaiden! Have a blast fighting those robots.
As with my suggestion for the P3D potential plot, I am 100% down for your idea on P5D. It's not as though musicals throughout history are known for fixating heavily on plot details. I'm with you— I just want to enjoy some awesome remixes and dancing animations with some rhythm action where applicable.
/comfort. As someone who's experienced games using the keyboard with that configuration as old as 1982, it played out much like a cross between QWOP and Octodad:
I checked before I started just to make sure it wasn't ending anytime soon. Apparently they tend to last ~3 months, the last season started ~March and ended in late July, so we should be aces until ~November, I think?
Yeah I loved that party event too. It's right up there with helping out with the play in the main game. Pure charm and character and panache all around. Same with that good ole drunken Witcher "Detective Defective Mode" gameplay. A lot of fun.
Grats on the chicken dinner! A win's a win's a win!
It sure is… WHEN PEOPLE REMEMBER TO GET THE DARN KEYS! :P
But I do really love that wacky moment when someone tries to save you from Jason as he's holding you in a death grip, and they don't aim that shotgun QUITE right so you end up getting killed from friendly fire instead. That's so Friday the 13th-esque, hahaha. ^^
Grats! I really love going with a Blessed Shield build on one of my Crusaders. It's like Captain America on LSD and steroids. BING BING BING BING BING BING BING BING, room cleared. Not the most efficient way, yeah, but it looks so ridiculous I love it.
Regarding NieR: Automata, /salute to your sacrifice. I especially loved "it might turn out someone you help is someone you hate. Are you SURE you want to lose your save data forever to help someone like that?" What an ending and what an experience, huh? I did my best. One thing is certain. I'm rooting for you.
Yeah, so true. I've gone through Ogre Battle dozens of times, so too with Final Fantasy Tactics, but I've only ever played through Tactics Ogre twice. The difference between a SINGLE level for you and an enemy unit is so substantial you need to do practice grinding after every major confrontation iirc, lest you get…
Devola/Popola: Are you sure you won't just go back to the village?
Lurky_McLurk: NO more sidequests! I'm through!
Devola/Popola: OK… that's a shame. TRUTH BOMB INCOMING!!!
Relatively unrelated— reading this reminded me of Catherine, which used all those different romance quotes in its load screens:
Ooo that's a great call on NieR: Automata! So true. I loved how that got utilized into the main final plot of the game too.
