If you could find 1,000 Arya cosplayers wielding Needle, you could probably still make that work. At the very least it would inspire quite a few Final Fantasy / GoT fanfic crossovers. "A girl has no cactuar."

Waspinator and Dinobot both won Transformer fan polls for Hall of Fame selections with the odds stacked against them (since they were set against newer and more well known Transformers in the running). I'm rooting for the Goomba underdog!

I've never played Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door so I had no clue who Goombella is from that character poll bracket chart. After looking her up on a wiki, she sounds pretty awesome, so /cheer Goombella.

Yeah it's a shame these Flash Sales only pop up once a month but I'm glad this time around especially there seem to be some pretty decent deals available at least.

Great point. That definitely could have worked just as well. I don't recall whether or not you've played the original NieR so I'll put this parallel of a similar approach executed there in spoiler blocks below.

Yep yep, [B] path definitely has some great moments but its redundancy with [A] creates a hurdle in the game before you get sucked into the real heart of the narrative.

I had the deck immensely stacked in my favor and I too did find it to be a tad tricky. I think it's a mixture of—

Plus we've gotten a great meme out of it. "You'll never see it comin~~~……"

[C] path is pretty darn epic, right? Have a blast with the rest of it. It's a roller coaster ride.

I believe they were really surprised with just how much everyone loved the first season of Tales from the Borderlands (I think part of why the episodes took so long to come out is because the reaction to the first episode was so high they went back and reworked their whole outline to make it as good as possible?). So

SPOILERS for The Wolf Among Us:
I had no prior experience with the world of Fables so I too thought during the first handful of chapters that Snow had something to do with what was going down. It also fits with traditional modern noir story conventions (the one who brings the case to the detective and leads them on

I concur. I love the social simulation aspect of all the later Persona titles. I enjoy the dungeon crawling quite a bit and it is important to have that feeling of an ever-imminent threat to the narrative, but I could totally be engaged by a Persona title that was social sim + year long yarn of joyful memories.

Spoilers for the 4th Palace of Persona 5:
"Wait so… this is the inside of a person's heart? A pyramid?"
"Well only for some people if they have a palace built from desire or some sort of yearning or trauma."
"And the sphinx monster is created by that person as a guardian to their treasure?"
"Yep."
"Did she just go into

Congratulations~! At least there'll be a TON of spin-offs in the next ten years! Yay/Less_than_yay?

Everyone's recommending it wholeheartedly here so I'm definitely going to watch a ton of gameplay vids once I've completed downloading Arkham Asylum. I do really love rhythm gameplay so if the gameplay vids click for me I'll pick it up this weekend too, /cheer! ^^ I really hope if I get it I end up getting into it as

Yep yep, agreed— my only motivation to play it is the following:

Re: Until Dawn- awwww, but you can lovingly kill obnoxious teens in a cheesy horror setting! How am I going to know how much you lovably hate everything about Emily if you don't keep playing? I need my Love-to-Hate Emily vicarious Until Dawn fix! :P

Congrats on finishing the final new content for The Witcher 3. What a poignant, stellar ride, huh? Such a wonderful sendoff. I hope CD Projekt RED's next game has a similar level of excellence imbued into its characters and narrative.

/comfort. It's heavily influenced by Star Wars, so you can always default to those archetypes.

It's like pizza burn on the roof of gaming's mouth.
It's the opposite of Batman.
