Oh yeaaaah, the Heroes revamp! Hahaha, that brings back memories! Mainly, those of the old Heroes reviews where Sean O'Neal slowly grew mad and frustrated at the show's endless refusal to, well, DO ANYTHING of substance.

My rudimentary knowledge of '80s and '90s pop culture finally breeds results so I can offer an assist to Wolfman Jew's awesome discussion point. /cheer! ^^

I can concur with tmda that PS+ is not required for the online features of NieR: Automata. I do not have a PS+ account and everything works 100% on my end there. And especially with the Double Discount sale this week, I can ALSO concur with envy that a PS+ account can probably be pretty sweet sometimes.

If you play GotG in the future I hope it gives you a great experience.

No problem! First, here's a quick breakdown of how progression works in a Persona game:

That was a really amazing, touching story. Thank you so much for sharing that.

/comfort to your son. I'm so sorry. That ending cut into me too. I think the only parallel to my childhood that resonates on that level is how I felt after seeing Disney's The Black Cauldron and/or Transformers: The Movie. But yeah, even Optimus doesn't transform into a spinning icon of frickin' lugnuts when he

"Helping someone else… someone anonymously… even when it doesn't directly benefit you… DOES NOT COMPUTE. ERROR!"

My imagination:

I can't make this out. Computer! Enhance!
Enhance? ENHANCE!
STOP! Why do you think that'll even work? That's not a thing!

Grats on procuring a PS4 in the future!
If you can get it super cheap, Until Dawn is a lot of hokey fun for a small weekend's worth of entertainment. Every Let's Play I've ever watched of it shows a wide variety of host players enjoying it (action gamers to RPG fans, etc). Interactive horror movie where you can

Enjoy all the blessed style and flair of Persona 5 as its main gameplay slowly unfolds to you! It's very well crafted and a ton of fun. Each new addition to your arsenal and options blends in so many wonders. Take it all in at your own pace! /cheer!

My brother talks all the time about people needing to bury the hatchet and connect with one another in the real world. "No reason to harbor hate when you can use that energy for something better."

So true. I also love the goodwill and understanding everyone here mutually cultivates.

"THEY JUST WANT TO HAVE PRETEND GIRLFRIENDS! GO &$@&$ ROSIE FROM THE JETSONS YOU #&$*#ING PERVS!"

Yeah given all the awesome variety and options available it does look like a lot of fun. Even that nifty survival mode. My peak period for that style of gameplay was Sid Meier's Pirates! and Populous, all the way up to SimCity 2000.

Wow, that sounds pretty darn amazing. Wonderful story. Grats to your group. Reminds me of "The Adversary" from Star Trek: DS9 (shapeshifter runs amok on a ship) mixed with all the best tales surrounding the Orient Express (from Doctor Who to Jordan Mechner's The Last Express).

Salutations~!

Grats on completing NIer: Automata. All the pathos and emotion of that journey's still running through my head and heart weeks later. What an experience.

Congrats on finishing Persona 5! /comfort on the Persona withdrawal. That always hits so hard with these games, yep.
