As much as I generally loathe this season (exceptions include You're Welcome, Smile Time and anything Illyria) this is such a perfect finale, all things considered.

"Girl in Question" is so offensively awful and character regressive for Angel. Following Buffy "dying," Angel returns in the premiere of season three dealing with it shockingly well and with big smiles to boot.

'A Hole in The World' is so horribly overwrought and the easily the most overrated episode of this series. While the reaction to her 'infection' is perhaps most justifiably panicked, it just rings a little too contrived in light of Cordelia's death - especially when you consider Whedon's never ending boner for Amy…

Potentially a puppy killer-Marnie moreso.

She's certainly established as a big bitch in this episode but can we get confirmation on whether Marnie KILLED the puppy she hit with her car because 1)it  wasn't terribly funny in any context  2) SHE'S ALREADY A BIG BITCH 3) I need to know if the puppy is alright.

Doyle's death, a character of just nine episodes, left a definitive mark on the characters following that episode and shaped the series for the remainder. Baby Connor's kidnapping left a (rightfully) giant hole in the gang, their dynamic and of course, Angel himself - until he returned as Vincent Kartheiser.
