One of my favorite parts of the episode was Tuco's abuelita fussing over that stain, almost unable to let it go. I'm sure almost everybody has an elderly relative like that, always concerned when the smallest thing is out of place.

Totally did not recognize her. But on the other hand, it's been what, almost 20 years since Melrose Place?
I read that one too, although really can't offer an opinion without giving it away.
They practically invented the category with Sex In The City a long time ago.
Took the kids to see Seventh Son yesterday, I could barely stay awake it was so dull. Then we went to see Spongebob today, which was decent enough, and inexplicably threw in a third animation style at the end.
I watched The City of Death on Saturday night, followed it up with The Visitation. Tom Baker is a lot of fun, but I'm still sticking with Davison as my favorite Doctor.
He should have done that testimonial while holding the Best Actor Emmys that he won instead of Jon Hamm.
Still like "Holiday" the best out of the Hulot movies, although I still haven't seen Trafic. Anyone see that one, and if so, worth checking out?
During his mid-late 80s heyday, Varney put out a video showcasing his other characters. The best was the "meanest man alive", who had a kid named Mistake, and they were so poor they had to pretend to eat (Mistake gained weight anyway). It was a really funny bit.
Favorite line of this episode is a tie between his hushed "Samurai" and yelling "Betrayal!" at the tortilla.
Gon was a character you could use for a cheap easy win on Tekken 3. Since he was so short, every move of his was a low hit, so to defend against him you had to crouch down and block, which was really annoying. If I remember correctly, his special move was farting.
Wouldn't it have been easier/faster to just hire Johnny Crasher for the party than go through his stuntman course? But, then, you wouldn't have much of an episode.
Wonder if they are ever going to get back to reviewing Steven Universe on this site. I like it a lot, not as flashy as other CN fare, but still an enjoyable show. And you should check out Kevin Dart's site to see his character and background designs, they look incredible. Kind of wish the show was animated in a way to…
I can see the show burning out and having to end before the comic does.
I really disliked Reality Bites. Pretty much every character was annoying, except maybe for Ben Stiller, who you were supposed to be rooting against.
I always thought his plan was doomed to fail based on that premise. Not everyone likes coffee (although maybe in Seattle they do), and "good music" is subjective, you'll end up with half the passengers annoyed at what's being played on the train.
Davis himself is unnecessary. Just once I'd like his character to NOT be nerve-grating.
Agreed. It was around this issue (the prison siege), that I kind of gave up on the comic. I've read it periodically since then, but all it does is remind me of why I gave up on it: a few issues of nothing, then some "shocking" incident to stir things up.
I really like the show, but man is Steve Zahn's character annoying. Then they made it worse by adding the emo junkie keyboard player, but at least his character improved slightly.
Met these guys at a record store signing last week. Really likable bunch, seemed down to earth and genuinely appreciative of their fans.
