Yeah, it's like it becomes an entirely different movie once they get their powers. There are lots of problems with "both" movies, but splicing them together really compounds the issues.

I guess the comparison makes sense if there are no cameras or computer records or other employees or security guards or customers at the bank. In those cases it might be the teller's word against the accused robber whether he was just making a withdrawal from his own account or not. Seems like a stretch.

Sometimes I feel like people deliberately try to not understand things. Surely it's not controversial to say that the fact that rape approximates physically a consensual act is part of what makes it different from murder. I really can't believe it is.

I'm not even going to get into it, but there's a reason I added qualifiers to my statement.
