From the title, I was really hoping this was a surprise Party Down reunion show.

Same! When I think of Halloween shows as a kid, the two things that always come to my mind are the Halloween Tree and Halloweentown. I really don't know how the Halloween Tree isn't considered a classic. The story of Pip is still in my head, and I probably haven't seen it in 10 years.

What kind of horrible monsters would threaten to shut down the most delicious hot sauce factory in North America!? I need to stock up! I can't go back to living in a world without sriracha.

Well, I've gone back and forth on whether or not I would tell this story here, but everyone else here has been brave, so I'll share my most embarrassing story.

I first watched freaks and geeks when I was 13. It aired on G4 in Canada, and lucky for me the first episode I saw was the pilot. I still remember seeing that scene with Eli and being absolutely devastated. It was such a perfect pilot, and the show really never dipped in quality throughout the season. I was a little

Twenties? What are we, some cheap hooker turning tricks on the street? At least respect us enough to understand we were bribed in exclusively hundred dollar bills.

Seriously, what a great joke that was. Perfect for Holt's character. I love how well most of the characters are realized so early in the run of the show.

I loved how perfectly that choreographed dance was and how it was shortly after Gina told him her motivational dance speech. Even though i could see the inevitable ending of this all being an elaborate ruse coming a mile away, it was pulled off so perfectly I didn't care at all. This show just keeps getting better.

Yeah, according to Rogers, Filibuster is still supposed to air Thursday night. I knew living in Canada would work in my favour eventually… It almost makes up for our stripped down Netflix and inability to use Hulu. Almost.

Immediately raises gun, fires 3 shots into my friend, the silhouette.

I feel like alternative comedies develop extremely rabid cult fan bases. I mean, arrested development is practically a college phenomenon at this point and it's thanks to the devoted following it maintained before and after its Fox cancellation.

Does he actually save the first lady, or does he "save" *wink wink nudge nudge* the first lady? I fear we may never find out.

So great to have Peretti back this week. Her "sexual chemistry" with Terry was hilarious, and the contrast between her and Holt at the shooting range was amazing.

Seriously, for all its lyrical simplicity, it's still one of my favorite Beatles tracks. It's pop perfection.

I can't see NuDisqus in my regular google chrome browser, but I can see it in my incognito browser. It feels strange using icognito for non-porn related reasons, but the fact that I can upvote my own comments now makes this just as masturbatory.

I wouldn't necessarily say it's complacent now, but it's certainly less clever. A lot of the jokes now rest on previous knowledge of the characters that was built in the excellent earlier seasons. That said, it's still funny episode to episode, and I love just spending time with the characters in the show. It still

My embarrassing first kiss story. So I started dating a close friend of mine when I was 16. We had been dating for a month, and I knew she was getting a little impatient for me to kiss her, because she had been in a relationship before, but she was shy like me and too nice to actually say it. So a mutual friend of

Maybe if it's lead in wasn't the worst comedy of the season, it's ratings wouldn't be the miserable black hole they are. Seriously, why wouldn't Fox use a reliably well rated show as a lead in for its Tuesday night comedy block?

I absolutely loved Scully's version of finding Captain Holt "unreadable". I was expecting another stone faced story of either despair or happiness, and instead got full out, unmistakable anger and contempt. Scully is becoming the Jerry of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and I am deifnitely fine with that.

Andre Braugher's face as he walked by the room during that chant was amazing. His reaction shots are quickly becoming my favourite part of this show.
