Well I guess that's a compliment, and you're doing god's work that'll probably work out, but as they get older, don't try and force it or that'll be the music they rebel against. Make it a give and take, using their own discovered tastes to open them up to a band you love.
It's silly to say, but although my mom played

My mom made me the bookworm I am, and led me to old classics of music and movies.
My parents showed me classic 3 channel shows like the Dick van Dyke Show and classic Batman and all of that old stuff.
My Uncle introduced me to punk and stuff like Brian Eno and the sex pistols. While also through his crazy comics

Scrawler, if you're in DC and like Japanese food I have to recommend Daikaya, for pretty classic Japanese Sapporo Ramen, it didn't hit the heights of Toki Underground for me, but it's a block from Gallery Place and there was no wait when Toki was at a solid 3 hours for a table.

It's after Sopranos but Friday Night Lights did that to great effect as well

they haven't announced single day tickets but they can't be more than 70 or something, and if the talks and other stuff that day are any good, it might be worth it?

I saw his solo show when the music tapes opened and he played pretty much all of the neutral milk hotel songs that use the singing saw with Julian Koster so I can't say I'm surprised as well, but it's really cool news nonetheless.

But now they've come back, with the Walking Dead doing interesting things with the genre and Tim Schaefer making a new adventure game that looks pretty good

I really enjoyed 'Boss of it all' as well, but that's really not normal Von Trier and the camera work is weird.

Eh, the theory really doesn't hold much water, It's just a way for me to vent my frustrations with the idiots that fill streets around this time. and Dennis Duffy is the best reference for these boards.

Plus if you pay any attention to Marah Eakin, the lead singer is ridiculously handsome… if you're into that kind of thing.

You used Paddy's instead of Patty's. I don't know anything about you except for that, but you're good in my book.

New York, with it's endless supply of bookstores devoted to individual subjects.

Spent the weekend having issues with the Dennis Duffy Irish americans ( as I have coined them) versus my own brand of Irish American. I think I've gotten it down to pre Joyce, Synge and Yeats Irish Americans vs Post.
And then listening to so much Rubberbandits. So so much Rubberbandits.
Who are kind of Ali G with a

Plus, Wasn't Michael Schur behind it? What was the last show with a weird start by Michael Schur? Oh yeah, Parks and Recreation.

Chevy Chase's tiny bit of physical comedy with the phone was so damn good, I forgot that he's a terrible person for a little bit.

I've heard from reviews that you can tell pretty early the real stage actors who have dealt with it before at a high level versus the people playing at performing Shakespeare, which is probably why it sounds grating to you, but I think the movie will have a force of nature to it that'll sweep me up in enjoying it.

I tore through a good 300 pages of Ulysses last weekend, stopping right before the Oxen of the Sun, and I want to keep reading it, but the part I read just knocked me out, it's just such a book. I just need to keep it going so I don't forget plot and characters and other stuff while I get into the crazy stuff towards

'Magician King' took for me was a kind of easy take off on Narnia and Harry Potter/ Kid goes to boarding school stories in the Magicians, Kind of like how Tolkien said CS Lewis's allusions in Narnia were heavy handed. Into it's own self defined universe that was actually exciting, and there was enough separate stories

Most of the pop culture I did was reading 300 pages of Ulysses and i don't know what it was, but that book has wrecked me.
Absolutely destroyed me, and Its not even over.

Aw man, @avclub-e129a878f7b0e5aa9ac09e0282f64ea6:disqus you just did it, I can't watch a TV show that does that badly by DC, especially when set in DC.
