gnudi takes around 2-3 days to make if you're going traditional and even if you're going cavatelli ish the flour binder is super important to keeping it together. Oh man, that show is so good, I agree that being able to step back and focus on the top three or four stories and absolutely destroy them is so much for their benefit.

My enjoyment of that show is entirely dependent on how much I care about the show they're talking about, but Jim Rash is awesome in every single episode.
