gnudi takes around 2-3 days to make if you're going traditional and even if you're going cavatelli ish the flour binder is super important to keeping it together. And calling a half ass dumpling a gnudi is probably one of those things that would have Tom get really annoyed about calling something a name that it isn't.

haha, probably good for everyone involved.

well, if you listen to REM, you really shouldn't, so good job?

aw man, all of that is great! you know way more of this than I do!

That's a bummer, but not all that surprising.

Being from the Maryland side of suburban Washington DC, there is a swell of pride whenever 'Don't go back to Rockville' plays.
'Country Roads' was written in Maryland about a road I've driven on before, but the lyrics talk about West Virginia so that's a hard sell.
And they filmed Blair Witch Project in the state park

Don't forget about George Thorogood! Or at least that's what my mom claims whenever she mentions Wilmington.

Lucas and Steven Spielberg have together one of the largest collections of Norman Rockwell held by private individuals and you look at the art and IT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE.

I'm pretty sure Hyden is going to come roaring in from wherever he is in the midwest on a classic piece of American muscle, with Noel Murray riding shotgun, to Chicago to reign a holy hell on the staff of the AV club for not including the Hold Steady.

It's not that the pay is bad, it's just that Vox has a lot more money, like i'm guessing exponentially more money, and Todd gets to shape the coverage, instead of incremental, slight change with TV club.

yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the order of things

My parents were listening to the 70's on 7 this morning replaying the countdown for this date in the 70's when they announced his death and we ended up listening to the first 30 or so songs of his first broadcast in july 1970.

oh, his fiancee, who's also the bandleader of the LLC, their house band. Chris gethard called her his roommate, which although technically true, is not what she wanted to hear.

Hey, if MNN allowed people to cook in the studio, Community Stew would be a pretty decent idea for a Chris Gethard Show episode.

Yeah, that's the picture i've been using when people wonder how close it is to a jewish stereotype.

Oh man, that show is so good, I agree that being able to step back and focus on the top three or four stories and absolutely destroy them is so much for their benefit.

My enjoyment of that show is entirely dependent on how much I care about the show they're talking about, but Jim Rash is awesome in every single episode.

it would, but Adult Swim already has Eric Andre, which is different, but kind of similar in broad concept

At least the lines and circles that showed up this episode. Those just scream that they'll be revealed or partially explained in GOTG. Premiere or second episode is Guardians of the Galaxy tie in and they use that as first half narrative arc
