The Cutting Edge was great. Zaremba was always so weird and probably high on that show. Oddville definitely needs to be on DVD, if only so we can look at that incredibly hot sidekick girl again.

Pinfield is cool and all
but could they not have gotten Lewis Largent? Unless he is dead, he's not doing anything.

The band interviews could definitely be awkward. I remember when The Rentals were on and Pinfield kept referring to them as Weezer, and he only talked to Matt Sharp and didn't even acknowledge the other two.

@rickster: Do you mean you covered "Switchboard Susan"?

I know this wasn't a Friar's Club event, but I imagine if you went to the actual Friar's Club at any random time, Jeffrey Ross would be there hanging out.

If you're going to correct someone on their grammar, Oates, you should probably use it properly yourself. "Complex" is not a verb, and there is a difference between "then" and "than." 50/50 chance to use the right one you and still got it wrong. Also, learn how the fucking site works dick.

Johnny Thunders
All this Dolls hoopla of late just makes me wish Thunders was still around. I've seen Walter Lure a few times in recent years, he's not really doing anything, couldn't they have asked him to join instead of the dude from the Libertines or whoever he is? Maybe they did, though.

They do in Tampa. Also for "Pour Some Sugar On Me," "Don't Stop Believin'," and anything by Boston (which is just plain wrong).

Interesting
He just described the exact opposite kind of music that Bon Jovi is known for.

Probably her only hope is to stay out of Star and Dionne's way and let them hash it out. I can't see La Toya lasting too long either.

Marlee is awesome
Trump: "You didn't know Dionne is a legend?"

Talk Radio is great, but I remember reading somewhere that Stone has basically disowned it, saying it was Eric Bogosian's thing and he just did it for the money and his resume, etc.

That was so amazing. He got mad because she called him gay, and he retaliates by slapping her in the absolutely gayest way possible.

attractive females being ticketed
It's great when, later in the episode, George is talking to Jerry and says something like, "if her sister is getting tickets she's no knockout!" all angrily. And of course when they're at the Giants game, and Joel Rifkin gets paged, the stock footage of Lawrence Taylor looking up

Philadelphia
Anyone remember that season? Literally the only thing I remember is that pretty much every time the cast members went out on the town you could hear people yelling insults and obscenities at them.

I love their second album, Music For Pleasure, even though the band has basically disowned it. It's worth getting just for the brilliant cover art alone.

I like Suicide, but kind of like Gary Numan I harbor some ill will against them for all the awful bands they spawned. I know it's not really their fault, but still.

No it was just the name. Not many Guys around.

@Craig: I sympathize man, but seriously, there is a skip button on every CD player, and if you import it into iTunes you can just delete those songs. Out Of Time has some majorly underrated songs, especially Near Wild Heaven and Country Feedback. You'd be doing yourself a favor to at least listen to the 30 second

I was going to write a comment about how great Out Of Time is, but yours is much more in-depth than mine would have been. I think the key is that Mike Mills is all over that album, and he is such a great songwriter and a really gifted vocalist too.
