"Blade III" is terrible, and gets the reputation it deserves.
I'd say it's a great film up until the whole riot storyline kicks off. Then it turns into a not-so-good film.
Will Smith…
Turned down "The Matrix", but accepted "I Robot". This tells you all you need to know about his understanding of quality science fiction.
Stacked is PAMELA ANDERSON!
I didn't like the set-up very much, for reasons I can't really go into without spoiling the story… but I did read it all the way to the end, so it must have had something going for it.
I'm actually sort of enjoying this schtick.
On a less light hearted note, someday everyone you know will die.
@krakatoa pure ass: Thank you! :)
'Tis witchcraft, I tells you… and I be a'feared of it!
I believe Barry Humphries once tried to launch a chain of "Edna Burger" restaurants, but foolishly chose to make the burgers out of rotting gladioli, rather than actual meat. It was not a success.
Aw, I liked the sound of "goths in hot weather", but the site is just a parked ad space now. :(
"Pinhead vs. Marshal Law: Law In Hell"
Was pretty good, I thought… but I only mention that so I can whine on about the fact that they still haven't released the collected "Marshal Law" anthology yet. Not that I expect anyone reading this to be able to do anything about it. :(
I WILL TEAR YOUR FAIL APART!
I loved it when I first saw it, bouncing home on a real high… then I tried to watch it again and hated it. Same thing happened with his "Romeo + Juliet" too. I enjoyed all the razzle-dazzle, but there wasn't enough going on underneath that to really sustain any interest the second time around, I guess.
The day they shaved off their beards, they were dead to me.
I got confused…
I thought it meant they'd be making a 300-style remake of "Adventures in Babysitting".
Was on TV this weekend…
But I had to turn it off after about ten minutes, because I found Sandler's character so repulsive I couldn't keep watching. And Rob Schneider appearing in brownface didn't exactly draw me in, either. It probably picks up once Barrymore appears, but I never got that far…
Apparently that's the downside of promoting a system which "views the money you earned as yours and best allocated by you." If only they'd figured out some sort of profit-sharing scheme with the Jackass boys! Also, some sort of groupie-sharing scheme…?
