Yeah, the one problem I had with it, was that if you ever veered off your usual course in the slightest way, it'd try to force you all the way down that rabbit hole. Watch one critically acclaimed Korean movie (or whatever), and for months it'd be like "here's the worst of everything from Korea because it's all Korea

I heard an interesting interview(s) wherein his supporters were largely indifferent to whatever crimes or corruption he might be responsible for, simply because what came before was so profoundly demoralizing. Kinda bleak.

I'm still trying to wrap my brain around an anti-imperialism, anti-human-rights mindset…

Valid point, but I'm pretty sure they would. And there would probably be puns.

I too tire of seeing reference to this kind of stuff here sans some pop culture tie-in, but our president's most successful venture of the past ~25 years is as a TV star.

There's also the fact that this kind of programming doesn't exactly target the torrent-crowd. They may as well be trying to unload stolen Metamucil in a back alley at 2am.

One of my favorite short stories is a Phillip K Dick play on Shrodinger's Cat about a woman who discovers a wormhole where she can peruse potential futures and enter/exit them at will. She continually visits the ones where people will pay her the most for food and water, thus cementing the most prolonged, cruelly

Seems pretty evident that fans of rock paper scissors and old telephone cords will love this game.

I had to stop at "Beats 1 DJ Zane Lowe" simply because I'm not sure if that's a person, place, or thing.
