I see what you did there.

Murder procedurals aren't inoffensive.

I think my dad took me to see it in the theater when it came out.

I think it was all those "Hitler Reacts …" YouTube videos.

If you make that joke, does it mean you're as old as I am?

"The Aristocats!"

So, am I to understand from my brief web searches that Gladwell doesn't know what an eigenvalue is, even enough to spell it correctly?

You may have a background in math but you're no David Hilbert.

So, this weekend I impulse watched "Mr. Nobody" and I'm all like what the fuck? Why haven't I heard about this? Why aren't we talking about this on AV Club?! This movie is crazy amazing. The story, the cinematography, the music, the nonlinear narrative, the special effects. The colors, even. The fucking colors.

Yay Pam! Just rewatched the episode last night where she gets kidnapped. "Who taught you how to punch? Your husband?"

Is it helicoptering?

This isn't something that came from "those clever people in Hollywood." This is a smallish indie flick that managed to get distribution from Fox's boutique distribution arm. The writer, director, and producer are all the same guy, a guy who is a playwright who wanted to make a movie out of one of his plays.

Is "ha ha yeah" a new AVClub thing? Because I don't remember any memo.

Kneel before Zod:

Calculon really shatnered the hell out of that scene. Hey, anyone want to go to the aquarium?

"Still sucked but I enjoyed it."

"Stop or My Supermom Will Shoot"

That wasn't O'Neal?

I know, right?

Go on.
