And Lake House.

She was in Demolition Man.

They've explained REPEATEDLY why they don't do weekly comics reviews: it's a pain in the ass to get review copies of comics.

You could totally have a black Oliver Queen. The only issue would be figuring out how to do his backstory without being entirely racist (since he's a rich billionaire playboy who gives it all up when he realizes the corruption in his city) but it's entirely plausible and hell, would probably be more enjoyable than

Why not
just make a goddamn Green Arrow movie?

Yeah but these ads were running during LOUIE, which had shockingly high ratings.

I still say this show got stuck on a shitty slot. It would have been better served either before or after Sons Of Anarchy, since that's FX's biggest non-comedy show right now. I never understood why Terriers pulled an MA rating.

Totally agree.
There were tons of ads during LOUIE that actually explained what the show was about. I didn't understand why everyone complained that they had no idea what this show Terriers was about because after the series of teaser trailers that made no sense FX ran ads with Donal Logue that featured almost every

For example: a major plot point in season one was how Sedgwick and Simmons had an affair back in Georgia that essentially kicked off the chain of events that brought Simmons to LA. They touch on it a few times here or there (it was part of last season's story arc I think) but they more or less don't mention it anymore.

Kind of a shame you have to start here.
The first few seasons did a much better job character-wise. While it certainly wasn't The Wire or The Shield it was a perfectly passable procedural that has gone of the rails since.

Both are great spins on classic film and TV tropes, Terriers with the shaggy dog tale and Rubicon with government conspiracies. Both are good but Rubicon takes a lot longer to get great.

I'm betting AMC really wishes they kept Rubicon now.
If only for, when Walking Dead goes off the rails next season, they'd have something to fill in for it.

Whoa!
Where did you get the idea that they were implying Ed was a pedophile?

Britt probably would have mentioned that as it'd make him look better.

why even bother commenting? you don't get points just for participating.

No, I doubt Katie owned a condo. Wasn't she a waitress when Britt and her met? Plus they made a big deal about the fact that he broke into her house and that's how he fell for her, it wouldn't make sense for him to always be there for her like that.

The only thing that sucks about this:
Blake Lively is just terrible. And casting her as a test pilot is Denise-Richards-as-a-nuclear-physicist level of terrible casting just to get a pretty woman into the film.

Yup, it happens every fucking season. I think at this point it might just be a ploy to get people intrigued (the trainer dynamic is pretty much the only interesting thing, especially if you like to see fat people cry), but the game playing this season was so egregious 3 of the weigh-ins devolved into shouting matches

I've had the misfortune of seeing almost every episode of this show since it started.
It's the curse of living in a one TV household and a small apartment.

I really don't want them to do Gotham Central, just because they'll get Michelle Rodriguez to play the female detective who gets outed as a lesbian in the second story arc and it'll be terrible.
