I think BURN NOTICE is one of the rare procedural shows where there is a WEAK episode. Every show is strong, and while it doesn't have the mythology of a LOST, it does have some strong moments that pull along the main story.

I'm pretty sure certain aspects of the first Lost Experience was canon, considering it was managed by the LOST Writers, but not the whole thing. Alvar Hanso is definitely canon.
