Third. That was the lamest attempt at a plot twist this side of M. Night. Anyone with half a functioning brain knew that Guillermo most likely worked for Pilar. Guillermo worked for Esteban, who clearly gets his marching orders from Pilar. Actually, I don't even think that counts as a twist, just lazy writing.
