The worst part of the Kia hamsters
is that the street sign at the beginning of the commercial says Hamsterdam. This kinda shit should in no way evoke memories of The Wire. Also I have seen this commercial far too many times and am far too lazy to change channels.

Agreed, hot dogs. I loved those characters as a kid, and the SP versions were just awesome. Easily the best part of the ep for me.

My favorite things
tonight had many many great things going on, but I think my 2 favorites were the line "The gay dude? Are you trying to tell me you're gay?", which was easily the funniest exchange in an ep that was hardly lacking for funny lines, and the scene at the end where Rachel tries on Raylan's hat just hit a

@dadafari-Yeah, T&E has been mostly down this season, which makes me really sad. The Mommy song and the opener with the diarrhea-phragm were golden, but a lot of meh stuff compared to their previous efforts. Still, it would be fun to see what other people liked/disliked about the eps. Plus, people here tend to

Wild Bill
Probably had nothing to do with Deadwood, but still loved how they referred to the Miami incident as Raylan going "Wild Bill" on him. Also, Raylan and the Boss need more scenes together. Easily the best scenes of the show are their back-and-forths.

Agree, the pilot definitely had a different tone, but I think there was still plenty of menace in his drawing the pistol this week. He was basically telling Curtis "I know you think you're bad, but try it and I'll drop you". Kinda reminiscent of the way he gave the arms dealer in Miami in the pilot 24 hours to leave

I'll gladly double up on the veggies and I can go either way on the touching myself if it'll bring back American Dad and get rid of Sons of Tuscon. I can't make it more than 5 minutes into that show.

Yes! Thank you, I knew there was something besides the shows mentioned above that ep reminded me of and that was it! What a great episode that was too, especially the meetings with Chappelle. May have to re-watch that one today.

Painful
I usually enjoy a lot of the jokes the SP boys pound into the ground more than most people, but this was just one joke stretched to 22 minutes. Vomit? Hilarious. Every time. For the whole episode. Kept waiting for the show to move forward, or at least attempt something else. Nope.

That is my favorite lyric of the Lifter Puller era. Second would be "When Nightclub Dwight starts talkin bout the ice, he ain't talkin bout the frozen water. He's talkin about diamonds, and where we can find em, and who we can sell em to, and stuff like that."

Agreed! Easily the best part about growing up in Minneapolis in the 90's was getting to see these guys a lot

Stick with it, and you'll understand the frustration. World 1-1 isn't exactly demanding, as far as platforming goes. when you start getting to the 7's and 8' s the multiplayer flat out blows. You get in each others way, and it really breaks the flow when you have to rush, wait, rush, wait, etc. The later levels

Simpson trend
What's with the Simpsons trying to make Marge a sex symbol lately? I know, she was always supposed to be kinda attractive, but the whole Playboy thing and then this ep just kinda left me feeling creeped out a bit. Maybe I'm just getting prudish in my old age.

So you're saying they watched/read Generation Kill? I think that phrase must've come up about a thousand times in that mini-series.

Dammit! I was just checking to see if anyone else had posted this yet and you beat me to it. Beck serisously needs to address the issue as to whether or not he RAPED AND MURDERED A YOUNG GIRL IN 1990. Why won't he simply deny these accusations?

I've been strangely enjoying the blowback, to tell the truth. My sister sent me a copy of Bleach about 6 months before Teen Spirit hit, and the pretentious teenage me hated that all these people went ape shit for it and acted like the biggest fans on the planet. It felt like they took my cool away (I realize now I

Never saw Nirvana post-Nevermind, but I did catch them playing around 1990 and it is still one of the best shows I've ever seen.

That's actually a pretty good analogy. Both are sad shadows of their former glory, but for some reason, I just feel compelled to keep up, even though I know it'll end in disappointment.

Ugh, the radio station at work plays that song way too much and I always throw up in my mouth a little every time Rivers says that

That is one problem with playing the PS3 online in general, and I don't think should count against this game: most people either don't have or don't use mics, which is frustrating as hell in a co-op game that's fast paced. I don't think mentioning that random players online being dicks warrants a mention in this
