I'm with you… The combo of 'A Song for You' (my favorite Gram song), 'Streets of Baltimore', and 'She' is fucking killer.

Seconded. There's a new, post-Gram Burritos live album out as well. Haven't heard it, but I'm sure its pretty good.

I absolutely love this dude's music. Here in San Francisco, there's a Gram tribute concert every year that's so good. A great album not mentioned in this (awesome) article is a live one called 'The Fallen Angels - Live 1973' with Emmylou and a hot-shit band. I totally recommend that for anyone whose interested.

Permission… pending, private.

I played the Louie/Louis card on a board a few months ago. The response I got was that his name is Louis (Lou-ee) (duh), but the show is spelled L-O-U-I-E as to not cause any confusion with the pronunciation.  Like ''Hey, anyone watch that episode of Lewis last night?''  Also, he's Mexican.

''The doctor says I can't have any balls flying at my face''
''There goes your social life''

Dan Hedaya is the fucking best!
''I've got a shotgun and a shovel.  No one will miss you''
Classic.

Including The Dillenger, Pheasant Under Glass, The Brat, and Ol' Ironsides.

Some Came Cumming (1978) - ''Gimmie Moorehead''

You're thinking of the cheese.  The correct answer is… the cheese

Funny story… A few years ago I met John Waters at a bar down the street from my apartment in San Francisco and the only thing drunken me could think to tell him was how much I like the episode of The Simpsons he was in.  He was nice.

Bees are on the what now?

I believe the children are our future…

'Sensuality' equals codpiece

So, the scene where Stevie gets his wig ripped off in slo-mo, then runs off with a bald, gluey head as people laugh at him reminded me of a Canadian movie from the 80's I watched as a kid called 'The Peanut Butter Solution'.  But there's no way such a random, obscure movie could be referenced… right? RIGHT?!

Or Coco the cleaning lady?

Apparently a dude named Courtney, which in and of itself is confusing, 'cuz that's a girls name.
